Capital Region Collaborative is a cooperative effort between the Richmond Regional Planning District Commission and the Greater Richmond Chamber to engage government, business, and community stakeholders in a process of identifying, prioritizing, and implementing actions that will enhance the quality of life in the Richmond Region.
The Collaborative is engaged in a process to engage the public in identifying and implementing regional priorities that will improve the Richmond Region’s quality of life. The Collaborative is currently seeking public feedback on the Strawman Draft of Regional Priorities created by 10 focus groups from across the Region.
