Collaboration at Work: Three Notch’d RVA Collab House

It’s been almost a year since Charlottesville-based Three Notch’d Brewing Company opened their first Richmond location. Since then, the RVA Collab House has been brewing beers with a purpose by partnering with local organizations and nonprofits to release weekly collaborative brews.

If you haven’t yet checked out the Richmond-based taproom, next week is a great time to beat the heat and enjoy Three Notch’d’s latest collaboration: Hopportunity IPA. This cleverly-named beer is the result of a collaboration with UnBound RVA, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals from low-income backgrounds by transforming their lives through business ownership. Each year, UnBound RVA takes on a new class of entrepreneurs to help them down their path to opening a business. You can see Megan Murray, Program Advancement Manager at UnBound RVA, behind the scenes making Hopportunity IPA in the photo above.

Celebrate the success of these individuals by joining Three Notch’d and UnBound RVA for the release of Hopportunity IPA on July 6th, starting at 5pm! You’ll be sure to have a good time as you learn more about UnBound RVA and meet the folks behind the beer.

Bonus: Three Notch’d will be offering pint discounts until the first keg kicks (or until 9pm).
