The Capital Regional Collaborative is thrilled to be taking the correct steps towards addressing a priority area that is affecting a multitude of youths in our area. With over 16,000 16-24-years olds in our region out of school or not working, much must be done to tackle this issue.
Alongside the Federal Reserve Bank and many of our wonderful partners, we are hosting a Workforce Summit. Here, along with employers and members of the workforce, we will identify successful strategies for hiring within this demographic.
